I’m running again!
But MAN am I out of shape! I hurt my knee really badly in a bike accident last fall and it totally knocked me out of my running routine just when I was starting to get really fast. On October 25th I ran 4.74 miles at a 7:46 min/mile pace and just a few days later I had my accident.
